Our services include; storage and stock holding for call off or mailing to customers, either in bulk or on an individual product basis, collating several products into one (goodie bags for example), despatching one bulk order to several delivery addresses and even applying labels, attaching lanyards and any other fulfilment required.
These tasks are handled at our Waterlooville offices by the Account Team.
For example, for the last five years we have handled the annual distribution of promotional items to the Surrey Police stations across the County. This involves the splitting of bulk deliveries of 5-6 different products in quantities varying from 2,000 to 30,000 items, into between 8 – 15 deliveries of the products in quantities calculated to meet the individual budgets of the separate stations and then ensuring the precise delivery times of these shipments to the stations through a local courier. Each delivery in appropriate packaging contains a full delivery note and the quantities distributed are relayed in report format to a central contact.
For larger deliveries we utilise reserved space in the 50,000 square feet warehouse of the Group Company Hambleside Danelaw in Daventry. This is a fully secure and compliant warehouse managed by a fully experienced distribution manager. Further details and certification available if required.
This allows us to split larger palletised deliveries or hold bulk deliveries in stock for onward shipment when required. We currently provide this exact facility for the legal firm Squires Patten Boggs to support the merchandise programme in place.
Staff in this organisation can log in to the website and call off stock to be charged against internal cost codes. Stock of flyers, folders and pads are held for onward distribution to offices across Europe.
