    Hambleside are fully experienced and capable of providing a fully functional and visually appealing web store for the purposes of promoting and retailing branded merchandise. We can design (co-ordinating with you on visual identity and image), develop, implement and manage a web shop to supply external and internal clients. Stock can be held on our premises and despatched to meet on-line orders from any global location. Hambleside can manage the fulfilment operation including e-commence and administration. Agreed reporting procedures can be put in place to identify web traffic and transactions.lanyards Visually, the web shop can be created to mirror the brand image and layout of your existing website, to create a familiar environment for visitors and to establish trust in the web shop site. A variety of functions can be built into the site and we would look to include:
    • Multi-level browsing of product images and details categorised for ease of searching.
    • Requirement to register prior to purchasing
    • Option to receive/deny further contact
    • Familiar ‘basket’ facilities linked to e-commerce system
    • ‘Special offer’ and ‘Best Sellers’ on home page
    • Link to your institution’s main website.
    • Information pages, including ‘About Us’, ‘Terms and Conditions’, usage guidelines/instructions
    • Secure payment system allowing for various payment methods
    • Delivery address options and costs
    • International order and delivery requirements available
    Our web store would provide easy, fluid navigation, quick response and is compatible with a range of browsers. All back office functions and reporting is accessed and controlled internally by Hambleside staff, providing confidentially, but also instant access for updates and feedback to relevant parties. Hambleside can operate a Sage Pay finance system to handle all incoming card payments for retail purchases, which is secure and ensures confirmation emails are sent to customers. All retail purchases online are subject to VAT and postage costs, dependant on their location. All transactions are recorded including cancellations and an independent bank account is used to hold all funds until reconciled on a monthly basis. Hambleside can agree an achievable ‘Go Live’ date and discussions can take place in order to ascertain how much input on the design and content you would like. We are happy for as much input as possible, to ensure at this early stage in our partnership, we are getting the look and feel in line with the School brand and image.
