Promotional Merchandise Account Managers are key in the communication chain, they are the ‘go to’ people during working hours, and beyond if the need should arise. They will deal with all queries regarding products and services, and are responsible for overall customer management.

Monthly or quarterly review meetings are held in order to ensure the account is running as it should, and to provide financial and sales volume reports and costs on a monthly basis as agreed during contract implementation and/or on an ad-hoc basis as and when required.

Our Promotional Merchandise Account Managers are available for day to day contact, stakeholder meetings, concept development and specific project meetings in order to guide you through all your merchandise requirements. Alongside adhering to agreed procedures and offering a single point of contact, an Account Manager aims to assist in all aspects of supplying merchandise, including providing quotations with the appropriate information on packaging, warranties and disposal and sample branded items where necessary.
