Our expert merchandise advisors monitor your order throughout the proofing, production and delivery process to ensure you receive your branded products on time and to the desired specification.
The Order Process Through to Delivery
There are some important details you should be aware of though, which we have outlined below:
Lead Times
Each product listing shows the Lead Time for production of your custom merchandise, calculated from proof approval. Every item is decorated to order with your personalised artwork using a variety of different print methods, therefore our lead times do vary from 3 days to 20 working days. Please be sure to check the lead time before placing your order and contact us directly to check your delivery date can be met if required quickly. Sharing details of your event date or deadline at checkout is really helpful to ensure we meet your expectations.
Free Shipping
For simplicity and clear pricing, we offer free delivery to 1 UK mainland address for all products listed on our website.
Production
Your delivery date will be confirmed on your Order Confirmation. Please check this document thoroughly, including delivery address, and advise if there is any issue with any details within 24 hours of receipt.
A proof for approval will follow to confirm the details of your branding prior to production. Please check ALL the details carefully, taking note of any printers comments and reply by return either approved or with amendments. Be advised your screen may not accurately show the final printed colour on the product. If a colour match is critical please request a printed sample. Liability will not be accepted for any errors advised after approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Any delays in sign off and/or amendments to the order may affect your delivery date and we cannot be held responsible for any approvals that are not returned in time.
Once the proof has been authorised, your merchandise will go into Production and we can no longer make any amendments.
Delivery
We will keep you informed throughout the process and advise once your branded products have been despatched, sharing tracking details by email.
Once production is complete, your goods will be despatched using one of our trusted courier networks, usually on a next day service. Should you require a timed delivery this can be arranged for an additional fee – please speak to your Order Processor to arrange.
If your goods are ready prior to the anticipated delivery date, we will despatch earlier than anticipated unless you advise us otherwise at the time of placing your order.
All consignments are sent using reputable courier companies, including but not limited to UPS, DPD and DHL. You will be advised if your order will arrive palletised and requires any special offloading facilities.
