    Returns Policy

    As your company merchandise has been personalised just for you, we cannot accept returns unless the goods are defective or you have a concern regarding the quality of the branding. We work really hard to pre-empt any issues, using our years of experience and printing knowledge, however should you have any concerns please speak to us as quickly as possible. 

     

    What to do if you have a concern

    Defects and Quality Concerns

    You can return Products if they are damaged, defective, or not as specified on the Confirmation Page. You should inspect the Products as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any Products to be damaged or faulty you must inform us quickly. If the Products are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you we will at our discretion repair or replace the Products or refund the price paid by you.

    All concerns must be notified to us in writing within 3 working days of receipt of the goods, providing as much information as possible, so we can quickly investigate and rectify the issue, if applicable.  

    We cannot accept liability for any claims arising by reason of:

    a) Defects caused by wilful or accidental damage, negligence, incorrect storage, movement of or installation of the goods.  

    b) Defects arising during manufacture as a result of inadequate or incomplete specifications at time of order.

    c) Defects caused by fair wear and tear.

    d) Defects involving any surfacing or other material applied to the Company’s products without the Company’s prior approval.

    It should be noted that we cannot guarantee the suitability of the goods for any specific purpose.

     

    Damage or Loss in Transit

    All claims for damage to, or partial loss of Goods in transit must be notified to us by email within three (3) days of delivery. In the case of non-delivery of the whole consignment, please notify us within seven days of non-receipt. 

     

    How to Return an Item

    You must notify the Hambleside Merchandise team prior to returning your shipment by emailing [email protected] or contacting us via one of the methods on our website.

    Please provide us with the following details or have them to hand when you contact us:

    (1) Order Number;
    (2) Email Address;
    (3) Contact number (preferably a mobile); and
    (4) Reason for return.

    In the case of a damaged defective or faulty product, please be prepared to provide a full description of the problem and photographs. This will ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

    All returns must be in their original packaging and in the case of damaged items, where the packaging itself is damaged, please retain the damaged packaging ready to return with the product.
