What if my logo is more colours than the print specified?
If you need your logo printed on your company merchandise in more colours than the print method specified here, simply Request A Quote using the button above and tell us what you would like. We’ll get back to you with a quote and take your order offline. Alternatively, if you would like some advice just give us a call on 023 9235 4960.
Origination and print set-up is FREE. Why no charge?
We believe in no hidden costs so we will never charge you extra for print set-up, also called origination. The price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery is FREE. Why don’t we charge for delivery?
We want you to invest in your promotional marketing not delivery charges, so all our products are delivered to 1 UK address with free delivery. No hidden costs.
What happens once I’ve placed my order?
When you complete Checkout of your order, you will receive an order confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your order. We will follow this up by email confirming all the details of your order including colours, print etc. If you haven't emailed us your artwork we will request it from you here.
We will next contact you with an artwork proof for approval which must be checked carefully and signed off by you before we put your order into production. This part of the process is a double check to make sure you are happy with the design, position and sizing of your branding. You can cancel your order prior to sign off if you are not happy.
Following proof approval, your order will then go into production and be delivered to you in the lead time specified at time of order.
What artwork do I need to supply?
To ensure the best possible print results we ask that your artwork is supplied as a vectorised EPS file this is because this file format allows us to fully edit your artwork. We can make it bigger or smaller to fit required print areas without losing any quality. We can also change the colour of the text if required. A PDF, JPEG, PNG or TIF file does not allow us to edit the artwork in the same way and we cannot guarantee the required print quality. When you are ready, simply email your artwork to email your artwork with your order reference number in the subject line.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary from product to product as everything is made to order. Look for the lead time information - this tells you how long it will take to produce your printed promotional products once your artwork has been approved for print.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
This depends on the product; low cost promotional items have a much higher MOQ compared to premium corporate gifts. The lowest quantity break shown reflects the MOQ for this product.
Why can’t I order just 1?
Due to the processes involved to set-up a print run of branded merchandise, it is not cost effective for us to print just 1 item at a time. However, we do understand that clients have requirements for just a few if you are planning a very targeted marketing campaign, have a small budget or are a start-up business.
